I changed the address to http://ctan.imsc.res.in/

To try a different mirror, you can use `tlmgr option repository https://mirror.ctan.org/systems/texlive/tlnet` (replace the internet address with one from the list http://dante.ctan.org/mirmon/ -- if possible something close to you)

I just had a look at http://dante.ctan.org/mirmon/ The mirror you use seems to ok now, but it is a bit strange that it only shows about half a day of history. No idea what this means

(I'm currently using `tlmgr revision 58938 (2021-04-21 23:26:24 +0200)` without problems)
