There is now a service that one can use to compile LaTeX examples directly from websites with an up-to-date TeX Live distribution, called [TeXLive.net](https://texlive.net). It has been used in various sites (learnlatex.org, latex.org, texwelt.de, possibly more) and as I can see that it works very well.
You can test it [here](https://texlive.net/run).
Question: Should we ask the TopAnswers developers to add it to our site so we can use it for LaTeX examples in TopTeX?
*Disclaimer:* Although I am not a developer/maintainer of TeXLive.net, I do participate in learnlatex.org, for which TeXLive.net was developed.
