We've known for ages that we will need to move our VMs to a different physical rack in the data centre, and that means switching IP addresses. We now can't put it off any longer so we've been getting things ready and doing trial migrations.

We have a proxy set up at the new address so we can move in two stages:

1. Switch the DNS records to the new IP :ballot_box_with_check: and wait a couple of days :ballot_box_with_check:
2. Migrate the TA database to the new server:ballot_box_with_check:

Step (2) will entail a short period of downtime — if all goes well it should be less than 15 minutes. We plan to switch the DNS tomorrow morning and then migrate on Wednesday, both at around 07:00 UTC.
