Our dear fellow TopAnswers/TeX User [barbara beeton](https://topanswers.xyz/user?id=1056&community=tex) is having problems accessing the site. I'll forward a message from her below:

I've been having laptop problems, [...].  Anyhow, some things have gotten lost in that mess, and one of
those things is my ID to topanswers.xyz/tex -- quite abruptly, on
January 2, after requesting that I enter it, the message came back
"access denied".  This happens whether I try to connect directly, or
go to the top level and click on the "TeX" button.  Actually, if I
click on *any* linked item on the main page the return is "access
denied".  I'm bummed!
```

Does anyone have an idea what might be causing this and how to solve it?
