This is rather a suggestion than a question.
I think it would be a good idea (and probably even legally required) to make it as easy as possible for somebody who (via whatever link) came to this site to access information about who the maintainers of this site are ("Impressum") and also about the privacy policy.
I found some information about that in some posts here on meta, but I had to go to meta and search for "privacy" for example (I found, for example https://topanswers.xyz/meta?q=974). I am unsure how the legal requirements in the UK are, but in Germany you need to provide an easy access which typically means that the privacy statement must be reachable via one or two clicks from every sub-page of a website. The same is true for an "Impressum" which states who the responsible person for the website is. I think it is at least good practice and also increases the credibility of a site to state who the maintainers are and how to contact them.
A good idea would be, maybe, to have one meta post that has some information about the responsible person or responsible institution. Below one could link to the other already existing information about privacy policy, cookie settings, licence, a disclaimer for third party content etc. This meta post should be linked on the homepage (https://topanswers.xyz) and also somewhere on every page (next to the "Help" icon maybe).

Thanks for the suggestion. I've put together a rudimentary page and added an 'About' link to meta.ta. That perhaps meets the basic minimum required and we can expand if necessary later.
