Currently a question in the question list looks like this:
![Screenshot 2024-08-28 at 14.03.51.png](/image?hash=9951733634122a356313c64bb12026786b516a8c48d87d8fcb5f3fabc7439e23)
While this looks nice and tidy, I think it becomes problematic if a question or answer gets altered by another user.
Let's say I ask the question:
> Ducks are cute
and another user edits it to say:
> Ducks are delicious
Then people who see the post in the question list will have the impression that *I* find ducks delicious.
I think it would be useful to also show the name of the latest editor in the question list (at least if not edited by the OP themselves).
---
My proposed layout would be to permanently show the date posted/edited as well as the editor name in the question list (similar to what we currently see if we hoover over a post):

This adds some visual clutter, but I think making users aware that what they see in the preview isn't necessarily what the OP wrote is important enough to justify the clutter.
P.S. I'd love to hear other ideas how this information could be shown!
