Add "commit-message" style edit comments

I'm a fan of adding helpful comments when editing posts. I know not everyone is and a lot of the time you'll see an auto generated message like "_added 100 characters_" or similar. Still, I'd like to propose adding support for plain-language commit messages for those who like to add that additional meta-data to their edits.
