Hyperlinks for the sections created with #

With Markdown, if one creates a section using `#`; it is automatically hyperlinked. An icon of link appears on the rendered page and after clicking there we get the URL for that section in the address-bar, e.g., I got [this](https://github.com/topanswers/topanswers#topanswers--httpstopanswersxyz) hyperlink from the GitHub page of TopAnswers. It becomes handy to share such links when needed. Can we have them for the content on TopAnswers?
