I'm starting to learn(by myself) a bit HTML (and CSS later on), and I was wondering if there's a forum where I could ask some questions I have. 

I've seen two potential 'targets'. Web Server Development, and Web Client Development. I'm tending more to the client forum. Am I correct?

P.S.: By the way, do you know of a computer science book that is great at give a picture of the forest that is computer science? It can be a 'white paper' type of book, without going into many details, focusing more on the forest than the individual trees.
