`Communities` table in a profile page doesn't contain data in some case

For example, [here](https://topanswers.xyz/user?id=1125&community=databases) it shows `No data available in table` instead of correct data.

Thanks for spotting this — it's now fixed.

Previously it was only listing communities with votes — now it lists communities with any questions or answers contriuted by the user.
