TopAnswers currently has GPL as a dual license for code, but I noticed that it lacks AGPL. I personally prefer AGPL because nowadays, many software applications are run over the cloud, where normal GPL has no power. AGPL is intended to fix that loophole.
TopAnswers itself is (smartly, imo) licensed as AGPL, so I'm surprised that it's not an option for user code. Could that be added?

Yes, AGPL seems like a very sensible addition to the list, particularly, as you point out, because we use it for TopAnswers itself.
