Since we don't have email notifications yet, I wonder if we can also have RSS for chat room transcripts.

Sometimes people ask questions in chat. It'd be nice to be notified of the new messages without having to manually check TA.

I don't think so — I'm not sure we want to elevate chat higher than it already is. It's very useful, but people know that it's transient, it scrolls up and off the screen, mostly never to be seen again.

That must be part of the secret behind a surprising fact: we've so far had zero drama on TA. It's not just because we are small either, other small Q&A sites [attract drama](https://meta.codidact.com/a/278364/278375) (and it's usually about comments or downvotes).
