The TeX community has an [About TopTeX page](https://topanswers.xyz/tex?q=716), which one can reach by clicking on the question mark sign in the top bar

This page contains some information what this community is about, as well as some information how to use the interface of this page. The second part may well be redundant since this is presumably the same for all the communities. It is also my fault because I just added it (temporarily). In any case, the questions I would like to ask are:
1. is it possible to add a button that links to [this site](https://topanswers.xyz)?
2. is it possible to add a few words on awarding stars, dealing with notifications, etc?
3. can we have a similar question mark button on the main meta site?

If we have (or create) such a page, the other communities could just link there to avoid repeating information that is common to all communities.
