Java programming

I'd like to see a java programming language community. I know this have been already considered, but I thought a dedicted post would help to check how many people are interested. Some code related support is naturally welcomed.

Personally I'm not particularly interested or familiar with android and other JVM languages, but I think that when/if this kind of overlapping becames a problem there will be enough contributors to split the community or other ways to solve this kind of problems.

Thanks for the suggestion. Java is a big enough topic to have a chance of generating it's own momentum, so we should get the ball rolling and see where it goes.

The colour scheme and logo in [the new community](/java) are just placeholders for now, changes can be discussed in meta posts in the new community.
