Shall we allow mixed case tags?

We want a tag for "FuncUI" on the [new F# community](/fsharp), but that currently means either `funcui` or `func-ui` as mixed case is not allowed.

As creating tags is not a free for all here like on SE, perhaps we should just allow mixed case? Or perhaps there is a good reason why we should not?
