Could mysql 8.4, 9.0, & 9.1 and mariadb 10.11 & 11.4/5 be added? IMO mariadb 10.3/4/7/8/9 can be removed, all are unsupported now.

I've added MariaDB 10.11 and 11.4 - I'll probably just stick to the LTS releases. ~~I'd love to add the newer MySQL releases too but I'm [having trouble](https://github.com/firecracker-microvm/firecracker/issues/4969) installing the offical Docker images in firecracker.~~

Likewise MySQL - 8.4 is now available (and the default) but going forward I'm planning to stick to the LTS releases.
