Can we also have an Oracle 23ai database ?

Hello All,
Thanks a lot for this website, it's great to have it for learning purposes :)

My questions:

- Can you please add an Oracle 23ai database, which introduces many   new features ?
- Can the privileges be extended, by granting the DB_DEVELOPER_ROLE, which allows using some of the new features, like for example CREATE DOMAIN ?
