Request: update font-awesome version

Current FA version is v5.0.13, which is not available on cdnjs.com

The reason I care about FA version is that due to network issue, I'm using a redirecter browser extension to redir use.fontawesome.com to a local mirror of cdnjs (I also have trouble accessing cdnjs).

I've replaced Font Awesome with raw SVGs from Fork Awesome.

I think this covers what you are asking for, and I hope you'll agree goes one better - removing the external resources means:

* there is less chance of tracking by 3rd parties
* page load times will be marginaly better

On top of that plain SVGs are much less complex than all the extras you get with Font/Fork Awesome, which aren't really needed for db<>fiddle.
