firebird add tag

Following on from [this question](https://topanswers.xyz/databases?q=1964), it would be good to have Firebird >= 4 (as of 2022-03-01 - 4.01 available) support as this is the first version of Firebird to have [timezone support](https://firebirdsql.org/file/documentation/html/en/refdocs/fblangref40/firebird-40-language-reference.html#fblangref40-datatypes-timestamp).

I realise that Firebird is a "minority sport" in the RDBMS world, but it's a solid system and I for one am delighted that db<>fiddle supports it!

I would by happy to do some testing on this - in particular re. timezone functionality.

Should you require any further information, please don't hestitate to contact me!

My usual policy is to wait until a DB is available either packaged as part of a stable distro (Debian/RHEL), or, [like postgres](https://www.postgresql.org/download/linux/redhat/), with a documented dnf or apt install package repo.
