Installing SQL for Mere Mortals databases with MySQL.

I'm trying to install with MySQL Workbench, the databases available [here](https://www.informit.com/store/sql-queries-for-mere-mortals-a-hands-on-guide-to-data-9780134858333), from the book SQL Queries for Mere Mortals by Viescas. 

However, the last time I 'played' with SQL was some time ago, and I can't remember anymore how to install/import databases... Any help would be appreciated.

After connecting to a database, we just need to run the SQL files, following the proper order. First the 00's, then 01's and then the 02's.
