Explain for Db2 doesn't work on dbfiddle

Db2 fiddles don't generate explain plans. The correct statement gets injected allright, but fails to run as 1) it requires certain tables to be created beforehand to store the plan information and 2) that information needs to be extracted and formatted for display. 

I can help with implementing this if that's something you find useful.
