I think our comment threads here wouldn't get long enough for this to be an issue, but you're right that it would be a lot better.

It would've been nice if the comments on the question/answers showed up as references below them, so you could easily jump to them. on StackOverflow the comments can sometimes be just as insightful as the answer itself, so not being able to get to them does feel like quite a weird decision.

Notes on settings:  
- You can set "soft keyboard" to get clickable BQN keys, but not shortcuts. I just set mine to ``+-×÷⋆√⌊⌈∧∨¬|≤<>≥=≠≡≢⊣⊢⥊∾≍↑↓↕«»⌽⍉/⍋⍒⊏⊑⊐⊒∊⍷⊔! ˙˜∘○⊸⟜⌾⊘◶⎊⎉˘⚇¨⌜⍟⁼´˝` ←⇐↩→⋄(){}⟨⟩‿·• 𝕨𝕎𝕩𝕏𝕗𝔽𝕘𝔾𝕤𝕊𝕣¯π∞``.  
- The monospace font can also be set to support BQN. bqn386 has all the characters; Iosevka doesn't because it's an old version but we could probably ask to update it.
